3 Parvovirus Vaccinations Delivered in Hope Vale

In May, we delivered the first funded outcome through our Impact Partner program. Thanks to Aureus Financial, 63 dogs in Hope Vale received protection against parvovirus during our Community Prevention Visit.

This is exactly what outcome-based giving is designed to achieve - clear, measurable impact that can be delivered directly where it is needed most.

Parvovirus is one of the most serious diseases affecting dogs in Australia. It is highly contagious, spreads easily

between dogs, and can survive in soil and the environment for months, and sometimes even years, under the right conditions. For puppies, parvovirus is often fatal without intensive veterinary treatment. Symptoms can include severe vomiting, diarrhoea, dehydration, weakness, and rapid deterioration.

In remote communities where veterinary access may only be available a few times each year, prevention becomes even more important.

Every vaccination delivered helps reduce the risk of outbreaks, protects individual dogs, and contributes to healthier dog populations over time.

The 63 vaccinations funded by Aureus Financial were delivered during our Hope Vale visit.

It is a powerful example of how businesses can create meaningful, measurable impact through their everyday business goals. Because of Aureus Financial's support, 63 dogs now have protection against one of the most devastating canine diseases we see in remote communities. Imagine the impact we will have once more businesses sign up to become Impact Partners.
